All cork stacks are subjected to rigorous TCA analysis before purchase. This initial screening ensures that only the finest cork enters our production process, guaranteeing quality from the very source.
Our in-house laboratory conducts continuous testing at every stage of production. We analyse porosity, resistance and sealing performance on each batch, ensuring quality standards are consistently maintained and documented.
From stabilisation to washing, from processing to finishing, every step is precisely monitored. Technology combined with decades of expertise allows us to guarantee superior uniformity and performance in every stopper produced.
Before packing and dispatch, each batch undergoes a strict selection process based on visual and mechanical analysis. Only after approval across all quality parameters do our stoppers reach our customers around the world.
